Other ATP Binding Proteins Profiled

The acyl-phosphate ATP and ADP probes utilized in KiNativ™ not only label protein and lipid kinases, but they also label a large number of other nucleotide-binding proteins. The binding of these unique probes in the nucleotide binding pocket of kinases and other ATPases allows researchers to interrogate many aspects of the biological function of these proteins; such as the assessment of inhibitor profiling and mechanism of action studies.
