Lysates from the indicated 9 cell lines were treated with an ATP-acylphosphate probe followed by the standard KiNativ™ protocol. The resulting samples were analyzed on the MS instrument in targeted fragmentation mode with the known m/z and migration times for the indicated lipid & inositol phosphate kinases. Signal from characteristic fragment ions was integrated to allow quantification of the relative level of each kinase across the cell lines profiled.
